以下の内容を必ずお読みいただき、ハウスルールに同意の上ご利用ください。当施設では、お客さまに安全にかつ快適にお過ごしいただくため、以下のとおりハウスルールを定めております。本ルールをお守りいただけない場合、ご利用をお断りすることがございます。また、本ルールを守られないことによって生じた事故等について、当施設は責任を負いかねますので、特にご留意くださるようお願い申し上げます。
1. 施設ご利用について
- 施設内は玄関を除いて土足厳禁です。
- ご在室中や特に就寝の際は、必ず内鍵をおかけください。
- 施設内は屋上も含めすべてのエリアが禁煙です。また玄関前や家の周り等での喫煙も固く禁止させていただきます。
※施設内での喫煙が判明した場合は、清掃費用 200,000円をいただきます。 - 安全性確保のため予約したお客さま以外の方の立ち入りを禁止となります。
※事前の申告がなく、予約者以外の利用があった場合は、1人あたり 30,000円 の違約金をいただくことがあります。 - 火災には十分注意してください。ガスの使用後は必ず元栓をしめるようお願いいたします。また当施設の許可なく暖房用・炊事用等の火気、キャンドル等をご使用しないでください。調理は備え付けの調理器具をご利用願います。
- ランプ・間接照明に衣類を掛けたり、洗濯物等を干したりしないでください。
- 当施設の許可がない客室での営業行為（展示会・事務所・その他）はご遠慮ください。
- パーティ等で騒ぎ立てることは固く禁止させていただきます。特に 22時から7時 までは窓をしめて、お静かにお過ごしください。
- ペットを連れた宿泊は禁止となります。
※ペット同伴が判明した場合は、飼育されているペットの種類にかかわらず、清掃料として 200,000円 をいただきます。 - 施設内に設置・配備しているインテリアや備品（トイレットペーパー等）を持ち帰らないでください。
- 施設内の家具、家電、寝具等は丁寧にお使いください。万が一破損、汚損した場合には速やかにお知らせください。
※家具・家電寝具・備品等の破損・汚損については、同等商品の新品料金をいただきます。
※嘔吐等による家具・寝具・備品等の汚損が判明した場合、清掃料として 50,000円 をいただきます。 - 当施設の許可なく施設内の家具・家電・備品等を移動したり、施設内に造作を施し、あるいは改造したりしないでください。
- 施設内のゴミは「可燃ゴミ」「不燃ゴミ（金属等）」「カン・ビン」「ペットボトル」に分別していただくようお願いいたします。
※スーツケース、ベビーカー等の粗大ゴミはお持ち帰りください。普通ゴミとして処理できない残置物がある場合、処分費用を請求いたします。 - トイレは備え付けのトイレットペーパー以外は流さないようにお願いします。
- 長期の宿泊利用により、居住に関する法律上の権利が発生するものではないことをご了承ください。
- 外出時は、エアコン、テレビ、照明などの家電製品の電源はお切りください。水道とガスも止まっていることを必ずご確認ください。また、防犯のため扉や窓の鍵をかけ、貴重品を部屋に残さないようにお願いいたします。
- 未成年者のみのご宿泊は、保護者の許可がない限りお断りいたします。
- 原則、チェックイン時間は 15時以降、チェックアウト時間は 11時まで です。アーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウトを希望される場合は、事前にご相談ください。次の予約がある場合は延長できないこともございます。ご了承ください。
- 調理をされる際には換気扇を使用するようお願いいたします。
- チェックアウトの際には冷蔵庫を空にしていただくようお願いいたします。
- 玄関前の道路に自動車の駐車は禁止です。
2. 緊急時・お困りの際のご連絡
ご滞在中のお問い合わせ・トラブル発生時は、ご予約サイト（Beds24・Airbnb等）のメッセージ機能、またはご予約確認メールに記載のホスト連絡先よりご連絡ください。
緊急の場合は、状況に応じて下記までご連絡ください。

- 消防・救急：119
3. 玄関の鍵について
- 滞在中、当施設からおでかけの際は、必ず施錠をお願いします。
- 宿泊予約（登録）されたお客さま以外には、当施設の鍵を渡さないでください。
4. 反社会的勢力等、公序良俗に反するおそれのある場合について
当施設のご利用者が次の各号に該当すると認められるときは、直ちにご利用をお断りし、当施設から退去していただきます。なお、ご予約後又はご利用中にその事実が判明した場合には、その時点でご利用をお断りいたします。
- 暴力団員、暴力団関係団体又は関係者、その他反社会的勢力等であると判明した場合
- 暴力、脅迫、恐喝、威圧的な不当要求及びこれに類する行為が認められる場合
- 過去に当施設から利用の拒否を通告された者
- 賭博や風紀を乱すような行為、又は近隣の迷惑になるような言動をした場合
- 心神耗弱、薬物、飲酒による自己喪失など、ご自身の安全確保が困難な時や、近隣に危険や恐怖感、不安感を及ぼす恐れがあると認められる場合
- 当施設内又は近隣で、大声、放歌及び喧騒な行為等で、他者に嫌悪感を与えたり、迷惑を及ぼした場合
- 上記各号に類する行為がある場合
5. 持ち込み禁止物・禁止行為について

- 身体障害者補助犬以外の動物、鳥、その他のペット類
- 火薬、揮発油、その他発火又は引火性の物
- 悪臭を発する物
- 法令等により所持を禁じられているもの
禁止行為
- 当施設の許可なく広告、宣伝物の配布、物品の販売、勧誘等
- 当施設の許可なく営業を目的とした写真、ビデオ撮影等
- 当施設内及び近隣周辺において、指定喫煙所以外での喫煙等
- 当施設や近隣住民への迷惑行為・営業妨害等
6. ハウスルールの変更等
- 当施設は、当施設の裁量により、本ルールを変更することがあります。
- 当施設が本ルールを変更する場合、ルールを変更する旨及び変更後のルールの内容ならびにその効力発生日について、事前に宿泊者様の連絡先または宿泊予約サイトを経由してお送りいたします。
- 変更後のルールの効力発生日以降に、お客さまが本ルールに基づく当施設のサービスをご利用されたときは、本ルールの変更に同意されたものとみなします。
- 本ルールの解釈及び効力は、日本法に準拠します。
Please read the following carefully and use our facility only after agreeing to these House Rules. The facility has established the following rules to ensure that all guests enjoy a safe and comfortable stay. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service. The facility is not liable for any accident or damage arising from non-compliance with these rules.
1. Regarding Facility Use
- Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the facility, except in the entrance area.
- Always lock the door from the inside when you are in the room, especially before sleeping.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the facility, including the rooftop. Smoking is also forbidden in front of the entrance or around the house.
* If smoking inside the facility is detected, a cleaning fee of JPY 200,000 will be charged. - For safety reasons, only guests who have made reservations are allowed to enter the facility.
* If unregistered guests are found to be staying without prior notice, a penalty of JPY 30,000 per person may be charged. - Be cautious of fire. Always turn off the main gas valve after using the stove. Please do not use heating devices, cooking appliances, or candles without permission. Use the provided kitchen equipment for cooking.
- Do not hang clothes or laundry on lamps or indirect lighting.
- Commercial activities, such as exhibitions or office use, are not allowed without prior permission.
- Parties or making excessive noise is strictly prohibited. Especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, please keep windows closed and maintain quiet.
- Pets are not allowed in the facility.
* If pets are detected, regardless of the type, a cleaning fee of JPY 200,000 will be charged. - Please do not take interior decorations or amenities (such as toilet paper) from the facility.
- Please handle furniture, appliances, and bedding with care. If any damage or soiling occurs, please inform us immediately.
* For any damage or soiling of furniture, appliances, bedding, or amenities, the cost of a new replacement item will be charged.
* If soiling occurs due to vomiting, a cleaning fee of JPY 50,000 will be charged. - Do not move the furniture, appliances, or fixtures, or modify the facility without prior permission.
- Please separate waste into "Burnable Waste," "Non-Burnable Waste (metals)," "Cans & Bottles," and "Plastic Bottles."
* Please take large items like suitcases or strollers with you. If any non-disposable items are left behind, disposal costs will be charged. - Only flush the toilet paper provided by the facility.
- Please note that long-term stays do not grant any residential legal rights.
- When going out, please turn off air conditioners, TVs, lights, and other electrical appliances. Make sure the water and gas are turned off as well. Lock the doors and windows for security, and do not leave valuables in the room.
- Minors are not allowed to stay without the permission of a guardian.
- Check-in time is generally after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. If you would like early check-in or late check-out, please consult with us in advance. If there are other reservations, an extension may not be possible.
- Please use the ventilation fan when cooking.
- Please empty the refrigerator upon check-out.
- Parking is prohibited on the road in front of the entrance.

For inquiries or any issue during your stay, please contact us through the messaging function of your reservation site (Beds24, Airbnb, etc.) or the host contact information included in your booking confirmation email.

3. About the Entrance Key
- Always lock the door when leaving the facility during your stay.
- Do not give the facility's key to anyone other than registered guests.
4. Anti-Social Forces and Behavior Violating Public Morality
If a guest is determined to fall under any of the following categories, their stay will be immediately refused, and they will be asked to leave the premises. If discovered after the reservation or during the stay, the guest will be refused service from that point onwards.
- The guest is a member of an organized crime group, an affiliated organization, or other anti-social forces.
- The guest exhibits violence, threats, extortion, or any other similar conduct.
- The guest has been refused service by the facility in the past.
- The guest engages in gambling, disruptive behavior, or acts that disturb the public order or nearby residents.
- The guest is unable to ensure their own safety due to mental exhaustion, drugs, alcohol, or similar causes, or their behavior causes danger, fear, or unease to others.
- The guest causes a nuisance to others by making loud noises, shouting, or engaging in other disruptive behaviors in or near the facility.
- The guest engages in behavior similar to the above categories.
5. Prohibited Items and Activities

- Animals, birds, or other pets (except for service animals for persons with disabilities)
- Explosives, flammable liquids, or other hazardous substances
- Items emitting a foul odor
- Items prohibited by law
Prohibited Activities
- Distributing advertisements, selling goods, or soliciting without permission
- Photographing or filming for commercial purposes without permission
- Smoking in non-designated smoking areas in or around the facility
- Engaging in any behavior that causes inconvenience or obstruction to the facility or nearby residents
6. Changes to the House Rules
- The facility may change these rules at its discretion.
- If the facility changes the rules, the details and effective date will be notified to guests in advance through the contact information provided or via the reservation site.
- If a guest uses the facility's services after the effective date of the changed rules, the guest is deemed to have agreed to the changes.
- The interpretation and enforcement of these rules shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
